It was wonderful to reconnect with my former classmates as we held another group exhibit, this time displaying our "pay-it-forward" pieces. The Shreveport Regional Arts Council provided local artists with a wonderful opportunity, earlier this year, to learn how to turn our talent into a business. In exchange for a reduced class fee, we agreed to put our talents to use for our neighbors in the Shreveport Common neighborhood.
